We don't accept diagnostics from other workshops. We will do our advance diagnostic with our brand-specific tools and programmers.
A diagnostics report with a quote for fault/faults to be repaired. if/when the client accepts the quote then an invoice will be generated.
60% deposit for the job to be done needs to be paid proir comencement of the repairs.
Repairs to be done on the vehicle after the job card has been generated.
Upon completion of the work in the Job card. We call our client and arrange for dispatching the vehicle
The outstanding 40% need to be paid in order for the hand over to happen
